\n\u2022 To propose, select and procure entertainment for the unit as per the strategic objectives.
\n\u2022 Ensuring synergy and alignment through ongoing interaction with Gaming Marketing.
\nEducation<\/p>\n
\u2022 Grade 12\/Matric (with English fluency and Computer literacy)
\n\u2022 Tertiary qualification in Marketing is advantageous<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\u2022 5 years relevant experience in tourism\/hospitality\/sales\/marketing of which 3 years must be in a managerial position.
\n\u2022 Good organization skills
\n\u2022 Computer literate \u2013 Windows & Microsoft office experience<\/p>\n
Skills and Knowledge<\/p>\n
\u2022 Strong communication, proficiency of the English language and excellent interpersonal skills<\/p>\n
Key Performance Areas:<\/p>\n
\u2022 To ensure that Marketing strategy recommendations include thorough analysis of current trends.
\n\u2022 Implementation thereof achieves unit objectives.
\n\u2022 To ensure compliance to legal requirements and legislation.
\n\u2022 Entertainment and Promotional plan is reviewed and up to date with current environment.
\n\u2022 Implementation thereof achieves marketing strategy and adheres to budget.
\n\u2022 Entertainment and Hospitality Promotional plan adapted to meet changing business priorities (environmental changes, market trends)
\n\u2022 To ensure that reporting is timeous, accurate and compliant.
\n\u2022 To ensure that maximum room nights achieved, incremental revenue maximized and increased number of visitors.
\n\u2022 To ensure that branding standards maintained.
\n\u2022 To ensure that marketing collateral comply to the company corporate image.
\n\u2022 All relevant forms of marketing tools have been exploited to achieve target for the brand as per plan.
\n\u2022 Brand management and brand experience is implemented, monitored and managed in line with CVP and Group Strategies.
\n\u2022 Relationships are maintained and established as per requirements.
\n\u2022 Liaison with local and national sales teams.
\n\u2022 Department\u2019s objectives, standards and operating procedures are communicated to internal and external service providers as per SLA.
\n\u2022 Meetings\/ marketing reviews attended and initiated.
\n\u2022 Queries are responded to within 24 hours or as agreed with stakeholder to meet their deadlines.<\/p>\n
