Specific experience required<\/p>\n

-Experience in a production environment.<\/p>\n

-Experience as Process Controller in either of the ff:<\/p>\n

Steam plant<\/p>\n

Inside Ash Environment<\/p>\n

Water-recovery<\/p>\n

Benfield<\/p>\n

Octane and Condensate<\/p>\n

Phenosolvan<\/p>\n

Gasification<\/p>\n

Required outputs includes and not Limited to: Functional<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 -Physically monitor production process<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 -Conduct visual inspections on the process and equipment<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 -Report process deviations to SPC and \/ or Group leader<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 -Communicate and assist team members in controlling the process<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 -Compile relevant area shift report at end of shift<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 -Examine equipment and complete safety checklist<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 -Report all at risk behaviours and unsafe conditions to line Group leader<\/p>\n

Qualifications and expertise required (Must)<\/p>\n

\u2022Grade 12 or N3 with Maths and Science<\/p>\n

General<\/strong><\/p>\n

-Adhere to all safety regulations and work standards<\/p>\n

-Practice good housekeeping<\/p>\n

-Comply with all legal requirements<\/p>\n

-Must be prepared to work shifts and on short notice at times<\/p>\n

-Prepared to be called out sometimes when on weekend off, depending on plant requirements.<\/p>\n

-Must have vehicle driver licence<\/p>\n
