Working alongside an assigned technician in order to learn how to perform quality vehicle service maintenance and repairs to manufacturing standards.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Specific Role Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieve selling targets<\/li>\n<li>\u201cFixed right first time\u201d: Adherence to the \u201cfixed right first time\u201d policy taking into account honesty and integrity in the job.
