Job Description This is a replacement position arising out of the structure for Sales nationwide. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales in the area across all channels. The expectation is delivery on the total sales strategy for the Consumer Channel (Dealer and Insurance) and the growth\/domination of market share in the Kwazulu-Natal area. Key Responsibilites \uf0d8 Execution of the Sales strategy in the area.
\n\uf0d8 The development of sustainable long-term relationships with Tracker customers, insurance partners and the motor dealers in the area.
\n\uf0d8 Delivery of new customers to the business.
\n\uf0d8 Driving the achievement of sales targets in the area through leadership of the sales team.
\n\uf0d8 Influencing delivery to customers by building strong collaborative relationships with colleagues and head office staff.
\n\uf0d8 Development of staff in the area for the benefit of the business as a whole.<\/p>\n

\n\uf0d8 Verifiable experience in achieving business growth in terms of sales and long term profitability.
\n\uf0d8 Experience in vehicle tracking or similar technology will be a distinct advantage.
\n\uf0d8 A tertiary qualification, preferably in Sales and Marketing is essential.
\n\uf0d8 MDP or similar management development programme will be advantageous.
\n\uf0d8 Strong business acumen.
\n\uf0d8 Passion for sales and customers service.
\n\uf0d8 The ability to influence the team and those not under his\/her own direct reporting structure regarding the benefits of proposed changes.
