The purpose of the Learnership is to empower and involve unskilled Matriculants in the workplace by giving them skills, experience and knowledge.<\/p>\n<p>The skills programme consists of structured unit standard based learning combined with practical\/workplace experience which totals to 128 credits.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8211; Be a South African Citizen and be in possession of a valid SA ID book<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Matric with a (C) symbol pass in English language.<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Not be engaged in formal employment<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; A passion for customer service and a professional attitude at all times<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Excellent interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Detail orientation<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Desire and potential to learn<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; The ability to cope with a constant changing and pressurised environment.<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; The ability to work in an environment where multi skilling is required<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Basic computer skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilites<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8211; Becoming a one- stop call resolution employee<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Capturing and updating of information<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Ensure that Customer Service standards are maintained in highly pressurised environment.<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Ability to market and sell products.<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Proactively and \/ or reactively retaining of business by means of up and cross selling different products.<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Knowledge on how to view invoices, adjustments, advance payments, credit notes and payment allocations.<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Handling of electronic communication<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Assistance with data- integrity campaigns<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Contracting and scheduling and understanding of Tracker systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>NOTE:<\/strong>\u00a0The selection process will include interviews as well as assessments to establish the technical aptitude of the applicants.<\/p>\n<p>Preference will be given to applicants from designated groups in line with Tracker\u2019s policies.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To apply online\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/tracker.erecruit.co.za\/candidateapp\/Browse.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">click here<\/a>\u00a0and then go to Operation&gt; Contact Centre in the list of job categories.
