\nIndustrial relations practice and implement communication skills to communicate to fellow workers in a proper way
\nOccupational Health and Safety by implementing the NOSA safety standards for safe working conditions and the OHS Act
\nQuality control by doing frequent inspections
\nLiaise with other entities and departments by having regular meetings
\nControl and supervise the building activities
\nControl and supervise the installation, repairs and maintenance of municipal buildings
