Job Purpose:<\/strong><\/p>\n

To plan, communicate and manage audit projects in alignment with Internal Audit business plan.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Plan and supervise audit projects and ensure successful execution thereof to meet the annual operational audit plan.
\nTo draft the engagement letters and Audit Planning Memorandum.
\nAccountable for maintenance of Team Mate audit file.
\nReview team members audit work in terms of Quality Assurance standards (IIA,ISACA) in line with Internal Audit.
\nEngage and communicate with auditee, audit team and Internal Audit management.
\nManage the activities and performance of the team against set objectives, taking action to develop, discipline, coach individuals and resolve conflict in order to close the gap between current and desired performance.
\nDesign the computer audit assisted technique requirements, analyse results and execute audit projects when required.
\nPrepare and produce reports for audit projects
\nPerformance evaluation of direct report\u2019s at the required frequency.<\/p>\n
