The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for: General secretarial, administrative and support services to the Provincial Head such as: Receiving and making telephone calls. Managing the Provincial Head\u2019s diary. Making travel and accommodation arrangements. Arranging meetings and taking minutes, Typing of letters\/memorandums\/submissions\/reports. Sending and receiving email and faxes, Fixing, extracting and processing data and 23 dissemination of management information in the context of office automation. Ensure adherence to brought forward dates, Filing, document retrieval and tracking.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Applications should be submitted on a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.dpsa.gov.za\/dpsa2g\/documents\/forms\/employ.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Z83<\/a>\u00a0obtained from any Public Service Department accompanied by a comprehensive CV, certified copies of Qualifications and ID.
