\n\u2022Budget Control \u2013 Variances on Expense budget, journals, investigate account movements
\n\u2022(PS system) Purchase Orders:
\n\u2022payment of invoices
\n\u2022investigate financial queries
\n\u2022drawing of reports
\n\u2022Debtors \u2013 Debtors schedule, generate copy invoices, investigation on status of payments, allocation unidentified deposits. Banking of cheques. Liaising with finance specialist at Head Office regarding deposits made not identified.
\n\u2022CWC payments, allocating contract numbers, updating spreadsheet, look at status of payments, check all documents \u2013 signed contracts, approved round robins, compiling and filing of all files<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Keep diary for meetings booked in the office.
\n\u2022Management of petty cash and cash availability.
\n\u2022Control and issue refreshments.
\n\u2022Make travel arrangements and reservations.
\n\u2022Manage the requests for usage of pool vehicles in the centre.
\n\u2022Typing of documents, using MS Office.
\n\u2022Assist Product Champion with keeping management information on trainee auditors.
\n\u2022Monthly reporting with regard to actual training versus planned training
\n\u2022Assisting in general queries from trainee accountant, regarding issues relating to training contract.
\n\u2022Assist with arranging of training and managing training.<\/p>\n
