Tshikululu works in the fields of education, health, social development, and enterprise development.<\/p>\n<p>A Monitoring &amp; Evaluation Officer is required to assist the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&amp;E) division within the Operations Department, through developing and running M&amp;E systems and programmes, processing and presenting M&amp;E findings, conducting general data analysis, researching the sector and engaging with stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist M&amp;E specialists to develop, update and maintain the M&amp;E system (this would include but is not limited to strategy, data collection protocols, data collection instruments and database)<\/li>\n<li>Assist M&amp;E specialists to design rollout plans for M&amp;E strategy<\/li>\n<li>Assist M&amp;E specialists to compile and present M&amp;E reports<\/li>\n<li>Data management, data organisation and data clean up.<\/li>\n<li>Quantitative and qualitative analysis and interpretation of data in a range of formats<\/li>\n<li>Train both internal and external staff on monitoring systems, and research methodologies<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate knowledge sharing on M&amp;E related matters across the organisations both internally and externally<\/li>\n<li>Keep abreast of current trends and developments in the sector<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualification Level: Bachelors \u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Additional Qualification Level: Bachelors<\/li>\n<li>Experience Required: 2 Year<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Competencies \/ Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An appropriate bachelors degree or equivalent tertiary qualification (with credits in M&amp;E, statistics, research methods, or other disciplines requiring quantitative data analysis)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies<\/li>\n<li>Up to date knowledge in the logical framework, logic model approach and other strategic planning and research approaches<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of public policy and legislation<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of social investment sectors, M&amp;E approaches and of social responsibility policies and practices<\/li>\n<li>Two to three years relevant experience in the social development sector<\/li>\n<li>Project management skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently, self-motivated and results driven<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communications skills including, oral, written, presentation, listening and a high level of proficiency in MS Office suite.<\/li>\n<li>Strong conceptual skills and problem solving and decision making skills.<\/li>\n<li>Valid light vehicle driver\u2019s licence<\/li>\n<li>Ability and willingness to travel to diverse parts of the country,
