For all IT related undergraduate degrees and National Diploma\u2019s BBD runs a learnership programme on an ongoing basis with two intakes in February and August of each year. With August fast approaching now is the time to apply to secure your position. This learnership will equip you with experience, and programming skills to help you fast track your IT and programming career.<\/p>\n

This programme is run on an ongoing basis with two intakes in February and August of each year.<\/p>\n

Learners are initially given a secured 12 month contract and are paid a monthly stipend. After 12 months each Learner is assessed. Based on the assessment results the Learner may be offered a further 12 month Learnership contract, offered employment at BBD or given assistance in finding employment outside of BBD. The goal is to help the Learner gain enough experience to cement their programming skills in the workplace. BBD have a great track record with our Learners with the majority becoming BBD employees.<\/p>\n

Learners are based at the BBD Johannesburg offices and attend specific software development training as well as being assigned a mentor and a team. The mentor and team will make you feel at home and are there to make sure you are exposed to the world of software development in a manner that allows you some time and space to find your feet.<\/p>\n
