Location:<\/strong> Bloemfontein Aim<\/strong>:<\/p>\n To acquire the skills, knowledge, attitude and acceptable workplace behaviour required within the performing arts environment.<\/p>\n Description<\/strong><\/p>\n The Mangaung Drama & Dance Group is looking for persons from various communities and interests to enter into a Further Education and Training Certificate in the Performing Arts Learnership (NQF Level 4). The function of these trainees shall be to contribute towards personal development and the development of performing arts in the Free State.<\/p>\n Basic enlistment requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n The learnership is outcome-based and is intended to contribute toward addressing the skills shortage in South Africa. The Performing Arts Learnership is based on a legally binding agreement between the employer, learner and service provider.<\/p>\n The Learnership Programme shall be presented for a period of one year consisting of:<\/strong><\/p>\n On successful completion of the learnership, learners will receive a Futher Education Training Certificate in Performing Arts (NQF 4). The Mangaung Drama & Dance Group does not guarantee permanent employment thereafter.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
