\u00b7 Perform installations, reinstallations, maintenance, and repairs on Customer equipment.<\/div>\n
\u00b7 Configure system hardware, software and network components.<\/div>\n
\u00b7 Deliver standard services.<\/div>\n
\u00b7 Provide advanced product support for volume products.<\/div>\n
\u00b7 Provide break-fix reactive support and installation for low-end\/mid-end and high-end products<\/div>\n

Relevant product (ISS – Industry Standard Servers) \/company knowledge.<\/div>\n

Overall Customer Satisfaction results as indicated by meeting and exceeding \u2018behavior\u2019 questions.<\/div>\n

Proper logistics management, no expensed parts due to engineer.<\/div>\n

Qualifications<\/b><\/div>\n
Education and Experience Required:<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n
Minimum Diploma (A+)<\/div>\n
Associate Degree (technical field) i.e. National Diploma in IT and equivalent with 1-2 years of working experience in related fields, or IT Degree holder with less than 1 year relevant working experience.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
