{"id":13126,"date":"2013-07-26T11:56:17","date_gmt":"2013-07-26T09:56:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=13126"},"modified":"2013-07-26T12:09:48","modified_gmt":"2013-07-26T10:09:48","slug":"credit-controller-vacancy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/credit-controller-vacancy.html","title":{"rendered":"Credit Controller Vacancy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our Finance team is expanding and we are looking for a Senior Credit Controller with mass retailer experience to join our team.<\/p>\n<p>Role purpose:<\/p>\n<p>Responsible for managing allocated debtors book, including:opening of accounts according to company policies, releasing of orders, collection of monies, management of account according to payment terms and credit limits.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Opening accounts including CGIC cover<\/li>\n<li>Releasing of orders<\/li>\n<li>Collection of monies within accordance of relevant payment terms and credit limits<\/li>\n<li>Allocation of payments according to remittances<\/li>\n<li>All journals signed by relevant parties and explained in detail<\/li>\n<li>Credit limits to be adhered to at all times<\/li>\n<li>Review balances against credit limits<\/li>\n<li>Debtor static data kept up to date<\/li>\n<li>Cash flow forecast submitted weekly<\/li>\n<li>Age analysis and investigations completed timeously<\/li>\n<li>Minutes taken during credit meetings<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to company values<\/li>\n<li>Provide excellent customer service to internal and external parties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualification &amp; experience required:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Matric<\/li>\n<li>Relevant Credit Control qualification<\/li>\n<li>Credit Management is preferred<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years experience as a full function Credit Controller<\/li>\n<li>Preferable to have experience in a trading business<\/li>\n<li>Mass retailers experience is essential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.core.co.za\/core_forms\/job_applications\/add\/job:26\">Click on this link to apply online<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our Finance team is expanding and we are looking for a Senior Credit Controller with mass retailer experience to join our team.
