To render support and assist end users (Clients) with any queries or incidents related to their office automation and mobility infrastructure including, any associated hardware and software utilized to perform daily functions.<\/p>\n
Essence of Role \u2013 Key Accountabilities<\/p>\n
To receive work instructions from the enterprise service desk and complete such work within the respective service level agreement as stipulated in the scope of contract.
\nTo ensure that all work is logged and updated within HP Open view Service Desk.
\nTo accept, prepare and install all equipment (assets) within the requirement framework provided.
\nTo co-ordinate and manage the implementation of asset configuration changes, for example, retrieval of assets, store management, loan units, upgrades.<\/p>\n
To co-ordinate and participate in any upgrades\/projects within the network.
\nTo assist any clients requiring assistance in designated boardroom areas.
\nTo ensure software and data integrity.
\nTo conform to all Security policies.
\nTo identify incidents and possible faults\/escalations in the hardware and software, and raise trouble tickets with high level support or line manager.
\nTo provide support to all Operations staff.
\nTo compile reports for routine, ad hoc and investigative purposes.<\/p>\n
Requirement Note:<\/p>\n
Job Knowledge: Knowledge of ITILv2 and\/or ITILv3<\/p>\n
Knowledge of Desktop\/Laptop\/Printing<\/p>\n
Knowledge of Mobile Devices, for example, tablets and smartphones.<\/p>\n

\n2 – 3 years\u2019 experience in Information Technology Industry (Essential)

\nMatric\/Grade 12 (Essential)
\nA+ Technology (Essential)
\nN+ Technology (Desirable)<\/p>\n
Must be prepared to work overtime and standby
