partnership and service level agreements with supply sources, distribution and warehouse service providers<\/p>\n<p><strong>Top Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Create a new Brandhouse Supply Chain and Logistics function, consisting of SC Planning from Brandhouse, Sedibeng, NBL, Diageo, and the Brandhouse Primary and Secondary Distribution teams<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Supply Chain and Logistics strategy formulation to ensure optimum customer service and profitability<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Support and influence the overall Brandhouse S&amp;OP process<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Developing and managing Service Level Agreements with Supply partners, and manage the operational interface<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Ensure all regulatory and compliance measures are met<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Lead, motivate and develop the Supply Chain and Logistics team<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Delivery of monthly performance KPI\u2019s &amp; progress reports on improvement actions implemented where necessary<\/p>\n<p><strong>Distribution<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Ensure optimal customer service and order fulfilment<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Ensure Distribution network is managed to balance customer service and profitability<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Ensure effective risk management process in place to support product re-call<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Identify and implement best in class processes and systems to support the supply chain network, suitable to the scope and size of the operation<\/p>\n<p>Planning<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Centralised planning across Brandhouse, Sedibeng, Namibian Breweries, Diageo for the full\u00a0 portfolio, including Innovation (Integrate all planning processes and systems)<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Drive the S&amp;OP process for all relevant Supply elements<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Ensure the continuity of products supply into the SA market on national and depot level<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Identify and implement best in class processes and systems to support production, distribution and materials planning<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Service Level risk communication and mitigation across portfolio<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Ensure continuity of supply to our customers through the execution of daily, weekly and monthly planning processes between Brandhouse and the various supply sources, and the commercial teams<\/p>\n<p><strong>Systems &amp; Processes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Management and business maintenance of all planning systems (SAP APO and TM1 DP)<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Management of all material related data across all systems (SAP APO, TM1, SAP R\/3, Mx)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Import &amp; Export<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Planning and execution of the importation of all Finished Goods and Raw Materials imports<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Educated to degree level or equivalent (Post Grad degree would be an advantage)<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0APICS qualification an advantage<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Broad based line management experience at senior level in supply chain management.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0At least 10 years Supply Chain Management experience across Planning \/ Logistics \/ Distribution \/ Customer Service<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Proven track record in change management and considerable experience in leading and delivering results using teams.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Ability to manage cost performance, supply\/demand planning &amp; distribution execution across a variety of product lines from multiple sources<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to exert influence across the business at all levels<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Ability to create and maintain strong business relationships with stakeholder (internal, external and shareholders)<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Strong negotiation skills<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Ability to lead analytical and fact based decision making<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Great attention to detail, highly
