\nA relevant 3-year tertiary qualification
\n2 years’ relevant experience
\nA Code B driver’s licence
\nFluent in at least 2 of the official languages of the Westem Cape
\nGood written and verbal communication skills
\nThe ability to function independently without constant supervision
\nProficiency in Xhosa will be an advantage.<\/p>\n
\nProvide an employee assistance service to enable Management to build the productive capacity of each individual in the organisation
\nPrevent the impact of political, social and economic problems on the individual, the organisation and the community
\nEducate and develop staff
\nPerform administrative functions
\nManage HIV or any similar programmes (eg Wellness day)
\nProvide a counselling service to staff
\nCoordinate absenteeism management programme
\nManage absenteeism in relation to incapacity
\nProvide counselling services to staff addicted to alcohol and drugs
\nProvide training to supervisors and employees regarding wellness awareness.<\/p>\n<\/h4>\n
