REQUIREMENTS : An appropriate Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent qualification. Minimum of three
\nyears relevant experience. Experience in working on PERSAL. In-depth
\nknowledge of Public Service Act and Regulations and its application. Knowledge
\nof legislation and regulations pertaining to Public Service administration
\nspecifically the Public Service Act, Labour Relations Act, EEA, Skills
\nDevelopment Act. Knowledge of Human Resources in general and information
\nmanagement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, innovative and
\nproactive. Decisive under pressure and solution orientated. Ability to meet strict
\ndeadlines. Strong organisational and management skills. Computer skills in MS
\nWord, Excel, Outlook.<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Provide HR administration services to the region. Capture personal information
\non the payroll system. Facilitate the recruitment process. Advise National Office
\non HR application and the processing thereof. Process applications for service
\nbenefits and exits within the region. Compile and submit HR reports and
\nstatistics. Implement and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Liaise
\nwith customers and stakeholders. Provide HR advise to management and staff in
\nthe region. Maintain and administer PERSAL information including leave
\napplications. Prepare Human Resources reports and submit same to the
\nDirector: Administration. PERSAL administration, staff procurement, training and
\ndevelopment, service conditions, staff exits and transfers.<\/p>\n
