REQUIREMENTS : Applicants must possess a minimum qualification of Grade 12, certificate in\u00a0computer
\nliteracy and at least 2 years\u2019 experience in Office Management environment. A
\nDiploma\/Degree in Office\/Public Management or related field is recommended. Good
\nplanning and organizing skills. Good written and\u00a0verbal communication\u00a0and
\ninterpersonal skills. Possess good\u00a0computer\u00a0literacy and skills to operate Microsoft
\nOffice suites (Word, PowerPoint, Excellence, Outlook, and Internet) and other office
\nequipment\u2019s. Possess knowledge of documents management, tracking and filing
\nsystems. Be willing to work long hours (when required) and to be subjected to
\nsecurity clearance\u00a0and\u00a0vetting<\/p>\n

DUTIES : Successful candidate will be rendering clerical, secretarial, administrative and
\nlogistical support to the Director General which include handling of correspondence
\n(incoming and outgoing documents), diary management, arranging meetings, and
\nworkshops and provide administrative support. Track submissions. Draft
\ncorrespondence and maintain registers. Handle all logistical arrangements. Liaise
\nwith external stakeholders. Maintain a correct filing system. Receive and assist
\nvisitors and guest in a professional manner. Taking of minutes and manage
\ncorrespondence by receiving and distributing documents. Handle\/ direct enquiries.
\nRemain up to date with regards to prescripts\/policies and procedures applicable to
\nwork terrain to ensure efficient and effective support to the office of the Director
\nGeneral.<\/p>\n
