\nWorking with Bottler account managers to calibrate processes to speak with a National voice for key accounts<\/p>\n
\nTEG, PFM focused<\/p>\n
\nManagement of shared network between CCSA & Bottlers
\nSoftware, training and support for all bottlers (i.e. ABI, Pen Bev, Fortune & Shanduka)
\nField based associates to support Pen Bev and Fortune, with emphasis on TEG & PFM<\/p>\n
\nBased on benchmarking measures of success \/ inhibitors to growth includes delivering business solutions and measuring how performance has changed from previous quarter
\nFocus on opportunities particularly around Pricing, Availability and Growth Drivers within the category<\/p>\n
\nCreating bottler reports, by customer, to identify where our system needs to focus: availability, forward share, pricing and ranging.

\n4 direct reports: Contracted to the company and working 5 days a week, 8 hours a day.
