Your responsibilities will include writing regular (read daily) interesting blogs posts, putting together short and long term content calendars and strategies, building and fostering relationships with key bloggers and social media evangelists in the Travel space. The setup and management of competitions, writing SEO friendly content for the website. Brain storming link bait ideas and info graphics.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u2022Plan and carry out social media marketing related activities and be proactive in this regard.<\/li>\n<li>\u2022Continuously monitor all social media marketing efforts\/campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>\u2022Research competitors, trends and the travel space in general to enable strategic decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>\u2022Scheduling social media marketing campaigns &amp; ensuring deadlines are met.<\/li>\n<li>\u2022Liaise with suppliers &amp; product developers\/manager to ensure suitable product is matched to social media and other content marketing efforts<\/li>\n<li>\u2022 Setup and manage competitions from start to finish<\/li>\n<li>\u2022Write, proof and manage content on the website<\/li>\n<li>\u2022Manage Flightsite\u2019s facebook, twitter, Google+, Pintrest, LinkedIn and Youtube accounts<\/li>\n<li>\u2022Develop and manage Flightsite\u2019s social media\u2019s content strategy and calendars<\/li>\n<li>\u2022Write regular useful, interesting and engaging blog posts<\/li>\n<li>\u2022Manage Flightsite\u2019s online reputation and PR<\/li>\n<li>\u2022Adhere to stated policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>\u2022Ensure the company is represented professionally at all times.<\/li>\n<li>\u2022Ensuring client, company and supplier brands are reflected professionally at all times<\/li>\n<li>\u2022Remain flexible to the wider business needs of the company by rendering assistance for ad hoc projects and duties as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills, Experience &amp; Education \u2022Attention to detail<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u2022Strong organisational skills<\/li>\n<li>\u2022Self-motivated and proactive<\/li>\n<li>\u2022Able to work unsupervised<\/li>\n<li>\u2022Outgoing &amp; approachable with excellent service skills<\/li>\n<li>\u2022Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>\u2022Passionate about travel, people and social media<\/li>\n<li>\u2022Creative &amp; energetic<\/li>\n<li>\u2022Team player<\/li>\n<li>\u2022Must be prepared to work extended hours when necessary<\/li>\n<li>\u2022Own transportation and valid driver&#8217;s licence<\/li>\n<li>\u2022Computer literate (MS Office, internet, email)<\/li>\n<li>\u2022Discretion and awareness of confidentiality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/clubtravel.erecruit.co.za\/candidateapp\/handlers\/GoTo.ashx?params=ovLg2jjkKuDNJgH7A8EOXKCgUqgfxWb9GBZ1Y7L1fi5fnr5Ua7qodU%2f2BA1KZJr3pMy7Q0U78tzfmf3b5C7JD%2fwwsKtmjl%2fJmqmQT2bryPQ%3d\">Click on this link to apply online<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Requirement Overview Do you have a personal blog?
