Position Summary<\/strong>
\nPurpose of the job:\tExplosives Manufacturing<\/p>\n

\n<\/strong> Specific experience required
\n\u20224 years experience in the similar environment
\n\u2022Supervisory experience will be an advantage
\n\u2022Tertiary training in chemistry will be an advantage<\/p>\n

Required outputs: Functional<\/strong>
\n\u2022Planning, scheduling and control of plant
\n\u2022Do fault finding, problem solving.
\n\u2022Personnel management, training and administration
\n\u2022Waste minimisation and management
\n\u2022Coordinate plant maintenance
\n\u2022Enforce adherence to SHERQ system requirements
\n\u2022Distribute production report
\n\u2022Manage stock of raw materials and final products
\nJob Requirements
\nQualifications and expertise required (Must)
\n\u2022Grade 12 \/NQF level 4 (must)
\n\u2022Maths & Science (must)
\n\u2022Appropriate score on LPCAT psychometric evaluation (must)
\n\u2022Supervisory experience will be an advantage
\n\u2022Knowledge of SAP will be and advantage<\/p>\n

\n\u2022Liaise with all stakeholders;
\n\u2022Promote a safety awareness culture.
\n\u2022Plant safety and health, environment, risk, quality management.
\n\u2022Assist with cost control and budgeting
\n\u2022Review and update plant procedures
