The successful C# .Net Senior developer will be a competent and highly regarded individual who has experience developing C# .NET back-end systems.<\/p>\n
You will have the following experience: – 3 – 5 years C# .NET ( Back-end as opposed to UI)
\n– Advanced OOP concepts, Design Patterns, Enterprise library and Software Engineering best practices.
\n– Development processes and methodologies (e.g., UML).
\n– Technical team leader and\/or architect in one or more projects.<\/p>\n
In addition to project delivery work, the role may include the following:
\n– Mentoring junior developers
\n– Actively participating in the skill development of your colleagues (workshops, presentations)
\n– Proposal development and project estimations<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/b>:
\n– Bachelors degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
\n– Microsoft .Net certifications are a plus<\/p>\n
Skills
\n– Client-facing consulting experience
\n– Multitier architecture and the technologies associated with it.
\n– Understanding of Multithreaded applications and .Net framework internals
\n– Microsoft SQL Server (queries, design and data normalization)
\n– XML family technologies (e.g., XML Schemas \/ XSL \/ XPath)
\n– Unit Testing and mock objects
\n– Use and best practises for source control systems (SubVersion \/ TFS)<\/p>\n
