\nEquity Requirement In terms of the dti\u2019s EE requirements, preference will be given Coloured male\/female, Asian & White male candidates.<\/p>\n
\nDuties Processing of applications\/claims and verification of information;
\nInteraction with customers on their applications\/claims, providing sound advice;
\nConduct site inspections for verification of authenticity of entity;
\nInterpret financial statements;
\nEnsure that project summaries are timeously prepared for Committee Members;
\nRisk management to prevent fraudulent claims (Verify company details, tax clearance certificate, invoices, proof of payments);
\nSubmit claims to Finance for payment;
\nPrepare letters of approval to applicants after Adjudication Committee meetings ;
\nEnsure approved grant applicant files are complete for safekeeping at Registry;
\nAssist the ASD on compiling and providing statistical reports to management;
\nProvide Administrative assistance within the Business Unit;<\/p>\n
\nComputer literacy and proficiency in MS Office packages;
\nExcellent written and verbal communications skills;
\nEffective time management skills;
\nAbility to work in a co-ordinated team as well as a sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure;
\nGood customer and liaising skills;
\nAttention to detail;<\/p>\n
