Grow the standards sales revenue in line with the sales strategy of the Division:<\/strong> Promote current and new product lines and service offerings:<\/strong> Deliver excellent customer service:<\/strong> Optimize own performance within the team:<\/strong> Develop Standards sales categories; maximize profits by adding value to customer\u2019s businesses:\u00a0<\/strong> \u2022\u00a0B Degree\/National Diploma in Sales or Marketing \u2022\u00a0Communication <\/p>\n <\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0Grow the standards sales revenue by applying effective selling methods, e.g. up-selling cross-selling and cold calling
\n\u2022\u00a0Grow the sales revenue by selling current and new product lines e.g. SABS Web-store; Subscription Service; etc
\n\u2022\u00a0Gain good understanding and knowledge of product lines and service offerings
\n\u2022\u00a0Promote standards as a value adding product in retail, accounts
\n\u2022\u00a0Inform customers of the in-house Standards packages
\n\u2022\u00a0Grow\u00a0 and maintain customer relationships
\n\u2022\u00a0Present products and service offering in a professional way as part of a direct selling tactic
\n\u2022\u00a0Feed future buying trends back to sales manager<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0Promote the current product lines and their benefits e.g. Web-store; standards alert service; subscription service; customized CD-ROMS; etc.
\n\u2022\u00a0Promote other related services of the Division and SABS, e.g. private specifications; training; etc
\n\u2022\u00a0Mine the base for Standards sales in retail, accounts and subscriptions
\n\u2022\u00a0Record customer feedback and cannel such feedback and suggestions to management for future consideration
\n\u2022\u00a0Track promotional activities and identify their impact
\n\u2022\u00a0Identify current and future needs of customer and potential customers regarding current and new products
\n\u2022\u00a0Ensure quality service offering through reducing credit notes and complaints<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0Provide excellent customer service by meeting and exceeding the client requirements as per their requests
\n\u2022\u00a0Handle all sales queries and resolve problems related to the sales of standards
\n\u2022\u00a0Provide accurate sales information to customer and adhere to turn around times
\n\u2022\u00a0Follow up on account and cash queries raised by customers and adhere to query escalation process
\n\u2022\u00a0Maintain customer database ensure that the customers details are accurate and up-to-date
\n\u2022\u00a0Keep telephonic and e-mail records of correspondences with customer
\n\u2022\u00a0Solve customer problems by providing innovative solutions within a sales process<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\u00a0Participate in the\u00a0 standards sales team as a productive team member
\n\u2022\u00a0Ensure that one\u2019s own performance within the team contributes towards the overall success of the team
\n\u2022\u00a0Contribute to diversity management initiatives and build business relationships
\n\u2022\u00a0Develop, support and mentor employees within the team on ongoing basis as and when required<\/p>\n
