Datacentrix Resourcing specializes in providing technical resourcing solutions across a wide range of technologies and ICT service disciplines. Johannesburg based company is looking for 5X Instructional Designers.This is a 6 months contract position.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Instructional design tasks will include but are not limited to the following:<\/p>\n
Information gathering and analysis<\/strong>\u00a0– experience in eliciting \u00a0training requirements from internal clients as part of a needs analysis process<\/p>\n Curriculum design and update<\/strong>, including unpacking complex documents to transfer into logical, sequenced learning<\/p>\n Development of Training Material<\/strong>\u00a0using multiple media e.g. e-learning, classroom delivery media (including Learner and Facilitator guides), system simulations, video and podcasts etc<\/p>\n Development of assessments<\/strong>, both pre and post-training<\/p>\n Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n Transfer<\/strong>\u00a0of paper-based training material to Elearning<\/p>\n Conducting Train-the-Trainer and UAT\u00a0<\/strong>sessions with Business stakeholders and Training Delivery staff as applicable<\/p>\n Please note: experience in terms of the following is\u00a0essential\u00a0<\/strong>for\u00a0at least one<\/strong>\u00a0of the successful candidates:<\/p>\n Experience in terms of the following is\u00a0essential\u00a0<\/strong>for\u00a0at least one<\/strong>\u00a0of the successful candidates:<\/p>\n Experience needed for the position:<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Experience in any of the following would prove advantageous<\/em><\/p>\n <\/p>\n\n
