If you share our ambition for technical perfection and our passion for all things automotive, Faurecia has a career for you.<\/div>\n<div>&#8220;Faurecia, a driving force\u2026for your professional growth.&#8221;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>Our\u00a0Europe Division\u00a0is looking for a Shopfloor Logistics Supervisor for its\u00a0Emission Control Technologies Site at Cape Town, South Africa.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The role of a Shopfloor Logistics Supervisor is to manage the internal flow of pieces, from receipt to shipping. The main missions of the role are to:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div>Ensure\u00a0customer delivery: feed and monitor the\u00a0sequencer, supervise preparation and\u00a0loading of finished products into trucks, track shipments, communicate all shipment failures, implement customer Misdeliveries per Million (MPM) follow up and contribute to its reduction.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Ensure adequate production lines supplies:\u00a0assure the cleanness and tidiness of stocking areas, ensure feeding of production lines (small train), supervise the unloading of pieces and measure suppliers MPM and manage a warning system in picking zone.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Conduct\u00a0the implementation of logistics basics:\u00a0booking operations, traceability, labelling, container management, etc.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Monitor visual management system: deploy visual First In First Out (FIFO) and install physical alert systems.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Organise equiptment and human resources.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Look for productivity gains.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>Manage, train and coach logistics operators team.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><strong><label>Qualifications :<\/label><\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>The ideal candidate will have\/be:<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in engineering<\/li>\n<li>Experience in production in an industrial environment<\/li>\n<li>Minimum bi-lingual (English required)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.faurecia.com\/careers\/en\/jobs?id=385\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Function : Production Control &amp; Logistics<br \/>\nJob&#8217;s localisation : South Africa &#8211; Western Cape &#8211; Cape Town<br \/>\nContract type : Unlimited Term<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;Technical Perfection and automotive passion&#8221; is what defines Faurecia.
