\n\uf0b7 Enforce engineering standards and maintenance
\n\uf0b7 Support business units and liaise with stake holders

\n\uf0b7 Valid Trade Test certificate as Fitter and Turner
\n\uf0b7 Minimum N4 qualification in Mechanical Engineering
\n\uf0b7 Valid drivers\u2019 license
\n\uf0b7 8 years\u2019 experience in underground mines, vertical shafts, winders and ancillary equipment
\n\uf0b7 5 years\u2019 experience as a foreman
\n\uf0b7 Construction, equipment installation and maintenance experience
\n\uf0b7 DMS Plant, washing and screening plant experience<\/p>\n
\n\uf0b7 Must be able to apply RCA, RCM, ROI and NPV to align OEE with the strategic business plan
\n\uf0b7 Must be performance driven, analytical and a motivator with strong assertive management skills
\n\uf0b7 Ability to plan, organize and prioritize<\/p>\n
\ndesignated groups in line with the Company\u2019s Employment Equity Policy and Plan and internal candidates. Pre-screening, profile
\ntesting, on mine assessments, medical and security clearance form part of the recruitment and selection process. Short listed
