DEPARTMENT: Logistics<\/div>\n

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
\nActively search for and develop pricing strategies with suppliers that will achieve long term costs savings; negotiate best payment terms with suppliers and compile monthly cost savings reports for all overseas purchases. The incumbent will manage supplier On Time Delivery to achieve the pre-determined targets. He\/she will be responsible for all overseas suppliers\u2019 files and information (i.e. certificates, price lists, material they can supply, production capacity, lead times, etc.) and manage document flow (invoices, waybills, etc.) to ensure that the service provider has all the correct information and documentation to import and clear shipments.<\/p>\n

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION:
\nGrade 12 and at least four to five years\u2019 experience in a similar role in manufacturing and\/or engineering industry
\nSAP (Material Management Module) and Master Production Schedule understanding is a requirement
\nMS-Excel and MS-Word experience is essential
\nThe following skills and abilities are required:
\nAttention to detail
