Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n The above vacancy is in the Plant Planning Department for a highly competent and suitably qualified individual to perform the following functions to meet the Company\u2019s objectives by providing support to ensure a facility that enables a high quality standard. \nKey Job Functions\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
\nCo-ordinate SHE meetings, patrols &4S audits. Department Safety Rep.
\nQuality & ISO
\nControl and maintain standards, systems, audits.
\nPlanning and administration
\nAdmin planning, budget (plan and track), order and control stationery and consumables, meetings(schedule, agenda, minutes) , co-ordinate overseas travel, filing, create Purchase Justification(PJ\u2019s)
\nSAP
\nLeave, budgets, petty cash, cheques, purchase requisition, travel requirements etc.
\nProject Management
\nBi-monthly reports, monthly reports, Project budget reports, project schedule, visual management
\nPCS
\nSupport Plant Corporate Support (PCS) admin, presentations, board reports, weekly reports, VIP visitors, 3 months schedule, project management set up, printing and compiling packages.
\nHR
\nO\/T & attendance registers, co-ordinate training, co-ordinate and tract training , Employee Opinion Suvery report, monthly HR visualization and tracking, work habit, telephone useage ,headcount , fuel and other.<\/p>\n
\nAutomotive industry experience \u2013 advantage
\nProject Management experience (advantage) \u2013 preferably in a manufacturing environment
\n1-2 years experience ISO exposure.
\nCosting\/budgeting experience – advantage
\n3 years computer knowledge – MS office i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint(advance)
\nSAP experience essential
\nTMC systems experience advantage.<\/p>\n
