This programme is designed to not only provide graduates with experience in the sales & marketing function within Kimberly- Clark, but also experience across other key functions. Based at our Bedfordview office, you will join the team responsible for developing and marketing these brands to our key customers on a daily basis. Throughout the two-year programme, sales & marketing graduates are rotated within departments to gain exposure to a variety of roles. The programme involves assignments in sales, marketing, market research, advertising, media, finance and manufacturing, as well as field sales, category analysis and customer management.<\/p>\n

Graduates who join this team will have exposure to the Kimberly-Clark supply chain at every stage. During this two-year programme you\u2019ll work on placements that include purchasing, planning, logistics and customer service.
\nOur Planning Department takes pertinent forecasts and converts them into manufacturing plans before working with the Marketing Department to create new promotional products. Our Customer Services department assesses customer orders and works with our Logistics \/ Distribution Department to ensure our products are in the right place at the right time. Procurement is responsible for sourcing all the materials, both locally and internationally.<\/p>\n
