This position is responsible for the timeous administration within the HR Department, and to encourage positive relationships between employers and employees; and co-ordination of recruitment and staffing efforts; training and development; skills and development; Employment Equity AND employee orientation. \nResponsibilities amongst others include:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Administration and co-ordination of recruitment; training and skills development; Employment Equity; policy development and documentation and coordination of employee orientation;
\n\u2022 Employee relations;
\n\u2022 Company-wide employment committee facilitation;
\n\u2022 Compensation and benefits administration;
\n\u2022 Administration and assistance with employee industrial relations and disciplinary action;
\n\u2022 Process administration and assistance
\n\u2022 Employee terminations and exit procedures;
\n\u2022 Ad hoc\/general admin & record keeping
\n\u2022 Maintain and create files for all staff as and when required
\n\u2022 Encourage positive relationships between employers and employees;<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 1 years\u2019 experience within a QSR environment (advantageous but not essential)
\n\u2022 Good written and verbal communication skills (fluent in English)
\n\u2022 Honesty, fairness and consistency with the ability to maintain a balance for all parties.
