As the second in command, you will assist the store manager in his responsibility for front and back of house operations. As such you will be responsible for ensuring amongst others:<\/p>\n

Maintenance of brand standards
\nCustomer satisfaction
\nLoss prevention
\nEmployee relations
\nHealth and Safety
\nQuality assurance
\nOperational efficiency<\/p>\n

Ideally you would possess the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Grade 12 or equivalent
\n1-3 years\u2019 experience in a similar position
\nPrevious experience in the QSR industry
\nExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)
\nA passion for customer service
\nAbility to motivate and lead staff<\/p>\n

You will require:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The ability to work irregular hours and\/ or shifts
\nClear criminal record
\nExcellent numeracy and literacy skills
\nDrivers\u2019 license (unendorsed)
\nPOS experience (Micros)<\/p>\n
