Responsibilities <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Assist with tender documents, questionnaires, consultant database information and preparation of pitches and marketing documentation \u2013 both local and international<br \/>\n\u2022 Coordinate and create all necessary legal and mandate documentation for new and existing clients<br \/>\n\u2022 Update mandate and legal documentation as required<br \/>\n\u2022 Management of client database information<br \/>\no Update consultants and client details<br \/>\no Co-ordinate regular database audits and utilize other team members accordingly<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure regular communication with clients and consultants to update them on key changes<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist with preparation for meetings, report backs and sales pitches for these clients<br \/>\n\u2022 Help record statistics including clients lost and gained, current clients, AUM<br \/>\n\u2022 Integrity of surveys and data submissions<br \/>\n\u2022 Audit submission of survey data to ensure all relevant track records are submitted to broadest possible survey grouping<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist with on-going checking of survey composites<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist all FM\u2019s with ad-hoc projects and client queries<br \/>\n\u2022 Responsible for managing all performance fees charged to clients and sending letters to clients<br \/>\n\u2022 Provides full administrative back-up to all FM\u2019s on client-related matters<br \/>\n\u2022 Deals with legal and regulatory issues in other countries for Coronations international products<br \/>\n\u2022 Responsible for sending regular information to all international clients and potential clients<br \/>\n\u2022 Co-ordinate different projects on the Institutional business side \u2013 systems, operational procedures, reports etc<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ideal Experience <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Asset management or related process\/administrative exposure<br \/>\n\u2022 Database management and advanced Excel skills<br \/>\n\u2022 Analytical\/quantitative experience<br \/>\n\u2022 2-3 years work experience<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ideal Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Commerce or related qualification \u2013B Comm, B Bus Sci, CA<br \/>\nNumerical subjects<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Competencies &amp;
