To support the Institutional Business Development and Client Services process<\/p>\n
Duties & Responsibilities <\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Assist with tender documents, questionnaires, consultant database information and preparation of pitches and marketing documentation \u2013 both local and international <\/p>\n Ideal Experience <\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Asset management or related process\/administrative exposure <\/p>\n Ideal Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n Commerce or related qualification \u2013B Comm, B Bus Sci, CA <\/p>\n Competencies & Personality Attributes <\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Strong attention to detail Most Important Attribute:<\/p>\n Attention to detail, a willingness to learn and be hands on, well organized and good at multi tasking <\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Coordinate and create all necessary legal and mandate documentation for new and existing clients
\n\u2022 Update mandate and legal documentation as required
\n\u2022 Management of client database information
\no Update consultants and client details
\no Co-ordinate regular database audits and utilize other team members accordingly
\n\u2022 Ensure regular communication with clients and consultants to update them on key changes
\n\u2022 Assist with preparation for meetings, report backs and sales pitches for these clients
\n\u2022 Help record statistics including clients lost and gained, current clients, AUM
\n\u2022 Integrity of surveys and data submissions
\n\u2022 Audit submission of survey data to ensure all relevant track records are submitted to broadest possible survey grouping
\n\u2022 Assist with on-going checking of survey composites
\n\u2022 Assist all FM\u2019s with ad-hoc projects and client queries
\n\u2022 Responsible for managing all performance fees charged to clients and sending letters to clients
\n\u2022 Provides full administrative back-up to all FM\u2019s on client-related matters
\n\u2022 Deals with legal and regulatory issues in other countries for Coronations international products
\n\u2022 Responsible for sending regular information to all international clients and potential clients
\n\u2022 Co-ordinate different projects on the Institutional business side \u2013 systems, operational procedures, reports etc<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Database management and advanced Excel skills
\n\u2022 Analytical\/quantitative experience
\n\u2022 2-3 years work experience<\/p>\n
\nNumerical subjects<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Strong numeracy skills
\n\u2022 Investment industry understanding would be great but not essential
\n\u2022 Able to build and maintain client relationships
\n\u2022 Good organizational skills
\n\u2022 Proactive and able to use initiative
\n\u2022 Self-starter
\n\u2022 Ability to multi-task
\n\u2022 Highly organized and efficient
\n\u2022 Eager to learn
\n\u2022 Team player<\/p>\n
\nSystems Knowledge \u2022 MSOffice \u2013 Advanced Excel and mail merge skills essential
\n\u2022 Database and PowerPoint experience an advantage<\/p>\n
