\nPurpose: To provide leadership through directing a team of Human Resources Business Partners
\n(HRBPs) and overseeing the efficient execution of human resources offerings across the National
\nTreasury.<\/p>\n
Requirements: \u2022 An appropriate three year degree in Human Resources \/ Psychology \/ Behavioural
\nSciences \u2022 6-8 years\u2019 experience in the HRM field, with at least three years of management
\nexperience \u2022 Knowledge and understanding of the Public Service Human Resources Management
\nFramework,
\nLegislation, and systems would be advantageous.<\/p>\n
Key outputs: \u2022 Develop and review the Human Resources Service Delivery Strategy and targets to
\nensure alignment with changing business needs and service demands \u2022 Provide direction and support
\nto HRBPs on the effective and efficient implementation of the strategy and service delivery
\ninterventions to optimise productivity \u2022 Oversee and report on the efficient execution of HR offerings
\nand services within the National Treasury \u2022 Coordinate the delivery of strategic HR initiatives \/ projects
\nin response to business requirements \u2022 Implement and apply HR Policies and Procedures, within the
\nNational Treasury in compliance with broader DPSA regulations \u2022 Create a client service culture
\nwithin the HR Service Delivery environment \u2022 Maintain solid relationships with management and
\nemployees \u2022 Engage stakeholders on new and existing service offerings.<\/p>\n
