the Scheduled Drug Register<br \/>\nMaintain the emergency trolley stock levels and update records (equipment and stocks)<br \/>\nIdentify and report possible medical incapacity patients<br \/>\nMaintain patient records according to the scientific nursing process<br \/>\nCompile and check medical data, information and statistics<br \/>\nReport notifiable diseases to relevant stakeholders<br \/>\nMonitor and control patient flow in the facility<br \/>\nEnsure that patients are paraded when indicated<br \/>\nInitiate parading of patients<br \/>\nImplement and evaluate planned nursing care to achieve identified patient outcomes<br \/>\nAdvocate for the rights of individuals, families, groups or communities and health care providers<\/p>\n<p>Infection Control programme:<br \/>\nMonitor and control the Infection Control programme<br \/>\nParticipate in Infection Control programme audits<\/p>\n<p>Tuberculosis:<br \/>\nMonitor and maintain the Tuberculosis programme<br \/>\nConduct and provide information to patients about Tuberculosis and Directly Observed Treatment (DOTS)<br \/>\nReceive patient and check identification<br \/>\nCarry out health assessments of patients (objective and subjective)<br \/>\nConduct comprehensive patient management as per the Nursing process and treatment protocols<br \/>\nDevelop a care plan in collaboration with patients and\/or carers<br \/>\nProvide relevant nursing care in order to meet needs identified according to the scientific approach to nursing<br \/>\nMaintain physical and psychological comfort in acute and\/or chronically ill patients, and significant others<br \/>\nPerform the last offices for deceased patients<br \/>\nCoordinate individuals and teams to achieve work unit objectives<br
