\nWorking knowledge of payroll financial systems and processes

\nAble to work according to set procedure and policies<\/p>\n
\nThe ADMINISRTATOR PAYROLL is accountable for the maintenance and
\nprocessing of all payroll and financial data relating to leave
\nprocesses, administrating the separation of discharged employees and
\nsalary maintenance to support the overall function of the transaction
\ncentre.
\nAt least 3 years experience within an administrative environment,
\npreferable working with Payroll systems.
\nAdministration<\/p>\n
\nCapture and filing of leave forms.
\nReceive separation documentation and administer separations on the system.
\nCapture cash advances on system and calculate ad-hoc advance amounts.
\nUpload salary increase LSMW worksheets in SAP
\nFiling of all relevant documentation.
\nExecute test processes.
\nAdherence to standards, polices and procedures.
\nDetermine whether changes affect organizational data and notify HC.
\nMaintenance of data and information.
\nCorrect salary related errors.
\nInvestigate anomalies relating to payroll queries.
\nDistribute leave payslips to Time Management.
\nReceival and resolution or escalation of payroll related queries.
\nLiaise with business stakeholders to obtain and share data and information.
\nMaintain healthy relationships with all stakeholders.
\nDraw report of captured leave.
\nPerform live runs.
\nRun simulation payslips for verification.
\nIdentification of anomalies and discrepancies.
