\nSuccessfully manage all aspects of the top 100 customers
\nCustomer retention
\nResigns of contracts \/ site surveys
\nFollow through of terminations to ensure equipment removed and billing stopped
\nCustomer satisfaction \u2013 Resolving customer queries within prescribed time limits
\nFeedback and communication with all internal departments<\/p>\n
\nExcellent Customer Care Relations
\nStrong accounting ability and understanding
\nOwn vehicle and valid driver\u2019s licence
\nGood interpersonal skills
\nExcellent command of the English language
\nGood understanding of company products and service offerings
\nStrong communication skills
\nFriendly and approachable individual
\nStrong problem \/ query resolution \/ account reconcilliation skills
