{"id":15164,"date":"2013-10-09T06:09:27","date_gmt":"2013-10-09T04:09:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=15164"},"modified":"2013-10-09T06:09:27","modified_gmt":"2013-10-09T04:09:27","slug":"mining-services-area-sales-engineer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/mining-services-area-sales-engineer.html","title":{"rendered":"Mining Services: Area Sales Engineer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Reporting segment: Metso Corporation<br \/>\nCountry: South-Africa<br \/>\nLocation: Jetpark, Johannesburg<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job description: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Direct sales of products according to agreed sales plans.<br \/>\nNew business development.<br \/>\nProvide technical support and service internally and externally to ensure customer satisfaction.<br \/>\nPreparation of quotes and enquiries<br \/>\nAssist in order expediting<br \/>\nWilling to travel.<br \/>\nPromote service, in the allocated areas of responsibility to various clients.<br \/>\nSustain &amp; improve service<br \/>\nSupport all Metso Products\/Product Specialists in the field.<br \/>\nVisit customers in accordance with ranked call schedule and execute spares sales.<br \/>\nRetrieve drawings of spares from engineering department and identify the appropriate spares when received<br \/>\nEnsure the correctness of spare specifications<br \/>\nGenerate and submit quotations for spares in liaison with spares sales co-ordinate<br \/>\nGive expert advice to customers ie.
