WorleyParsons South Africa recruits <strong>ICT Administrator<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Summary:<br \/>\nPrimary objective<\/strong><br \/>\nSupporting of PC \/ laptops for site and office based users, making sure that the users have adequate software and internet connection in order to enable them to perform their duties.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Specific Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Asset updating<br \/>\n\u2022 Full asset recon of all hardware IT equipment<br \/>\n\u2022 Full asset recon of all IT software<br \/>\n\u2022 PC\/Laptop Prep<br \/>\n\u2022 Basic network troubleshooting<br \/>\n\u2022 Printer support<br \/>\n\u2022 Pc Support and software installations.<br \/>\n\u2022 IP Telephone installation and Configuration<br \/>\n\u2022 ICT Filing and Documentation control<br \/>\n\u2022 Security card system control administration<br \/>\n\u2022 OU &#8211; User creation<br \/>\n\u2022 Hardware purchasing<br \/>\n\u2022 Site user support<br \/>\n\u2022 Hardware pickup<br \/>\n\u2022 Backup Monitoring<br \/>\n\u2022 Safety \u2013 responsible for personal safety and safe working practices.  Understand and follow OH&amp;S procedures.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nMatching Indicator<br \/>\nTertiary diploma in Computer Science\/Engineering, 2 years experience as an ICT support preferable from a customer based company.
