The learnership programme will result in the attainment of an Further Education and Training Certificate in Public Service Communication on NQF Level 6.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Matric\/Grade 12 certificate;<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge\u00a0 of application of Microsoft Office;<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in English;<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of at least one of the foreign languages: Arabic, Portuguese, French,\u00a0 Mandarin, Spanish, Russian or German;<\/li>\n<li>Unemployed young people (aged 18 and 35 years), with no previous full-time work experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>How to Apply<\/h3>\n<p>Applications must be submitted on a<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gcis.gov.za\/aboutus\/hr\/employ.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Z83 form<\/a><\/strong> (duly completed and signed),<del> obtainable from any Public Service department<\/del>, and must be accompanied by a comprehensive CV and certified copies of qualifications, reflecting compliance with the minimum requirements as well as a certified copy of your ID document.<\/p>\n<p>Please forward your application clearly marked \u201cLearnership\u201d on the envelope for attention of Ms Midah Maswikaneng to: The Department of International Relations and Cooperation, Private Bag x152, Pretoria 001 OR<\/p>\n<p>by hand delivery OR Tambo Building, Soutpansberg Road, Rietondale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> All applicants will be subjected to a security clearance process, qualification verification and other assessment processes.
