Since this job functions in highly demanding environment, the Contact Centre Agent must be customer focused and service orientated. Knowledge\/experience and interest in the oil industry will be added bonus.<\/p>\n
The incumbent must be able to act in a courteous and professional manner while handling large volumes of inbound as well as outbound calls.<\/p>\n

Will be required to work shifts, weekends, as well as be on standby duty according to a set roster.<\/p>\n
Must be able to work in one of multiple queues\/skills sets over various customer contact channels<\/p>\n
Must be computer literate (at least basic knowledge of MS Office)<\/p>\n
Queries and complaints must be correctly diagnosed and resolved within mandate and to ensure customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
