The succesful candidate will be required to assist with the administration in terms of public participation meetings, consultations and stakeholder engagement projects.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Job Objectives<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identification of stakeholders;<\/li>\n<li>Communicate and liaise with stakeholders (phoning to invite stakeholders to meetings, etc;)<\/li>\n<li>Update customer relationship database (Maximiser);<\/li>\n<li>Print \/ photocopy and the deliver documents to various stakeholders;<\/li>\n<li>Distribute information (posting, mailing, emailing, sending SMS messages, etc);<\/li>\n<li>Assist in document layout.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Candidates who have completed or studying towards the following degrees:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BCom (Hons) (Communication Management),<\/li>\n<li>BA Honours in Tourism Development<\/li>\n<li>BA Honours (Anthropology)<\/li>\n<li>BA Development Studies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>\u00a0Personal Attributes<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Self-starter;<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate;<\/li>\n<li>Meticulous;<\/li>\n<li>Detail orientated<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work to deadline and on multiple projects;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently, and as part of a team.<\/li>\n<li>This position must be willing to travel.<\/li>\n<li>Must be fluent in English.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in a local African language and\/or Afrikaans would be an advantage;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Preferably a graduate or post-graduate degree in a related field. Applicants need to be prepared to undergo a complete psychometric evaluation as part of the selection process.
