{"id":15641,"date":"2013-11-08T12:03:24","date_gmt":"2013-11-08T10:03:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=15641"},"modified":"2013-11-08T09:48:38","modified_gmt":"2013-11-08T07:48:38","slug":"coronation-graduate-recruitment-trainees-recruitment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/coronation-graduate-recruitment-trainees-recruitment.html","title":{"rendered":"Coronation Graduate Recruitment Trainees Recruitment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 1.17em;\">Job Description<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cPlease note that preference will be given to candidates from designated groups for employment equity purposes\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Primary role of this position is to manage the various administrative functions within marketing and provide assistance to HOM, marketing manager, communications specialists and investor relations officer on projects as briefed.<\/p>\n<h3>Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<p>Marketing administration<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Guard book management \u2013 collect tear sheets from media agency and ensure that guard book is always up-to-date<\/li>\n<li>Maintain marketing compliance databases \u2013 advertising disclaimers and terms and conditions<\/li>\n<li>Daily scanning of newspapers for all competitive and Coronation ads. Maintain related databases.<\/li>\n<li>Booking marketing team business travel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Marketing collateral<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Management of storeroom audit register, ensuring that collateral material is stored and filed in a systematic and orderly manner<\/li>\n<li>In collaboration with HOM manage company collateral, this includes sourcing suppliers for collateral and when briefed by HOM conduct checks to ensure that suppliers are BBBEE compliant<\/li>\n<li>Letterheads, business cards, envelopes \u2013 managing all updates and changes in this respect. Physical and digital.<\/li>\n<li>Management of dispatch numbers for Corospondent , annual reports and brochures<\/li>\n<li>Upkeep of collateral banners and other corporate items etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Website assistance<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working closely with marketing manager and communications specialist, update internal site \u2013 Coronet with changes as and when required including all the documentation in the forms warehouse section<\/li>\n<li>On an adhoc\/ briefed by marketing manager collate competitive digital<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Communications assistance<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaise with Personal Investments on the creation of invitations primarily, portfolio manager lunches and write brief for copy to communications specialists\/marketing manager and or HOM.<\/li>\n<li>Working with communications specialist, marketing manager and or HOM assist with the execution of invitations \u2013 by briefing agencies to execute copy as provided by the former and conducting initial copy checks<\/li>\n<li>Assist with communications desk research when briefed, this may entail competitive product and or competitive communication research.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Eventing assistance<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide assistance to team, specifically with packaging of collateral for events.<\/li>\n<li>Provide input to the development and implementation of the bi-annual team build event.<\/li>\n<li>Provide assistance to the office manager with the staging of adhoc staff parties.<\/li>\n<li>Assist HOM in collating proposals and invoices of external suppliers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Ideal Experience<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>No work experience required but some experience and on an internship with a competitive fund management and or wealth management business would be an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of asset management would be an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent practical skills on MS Outlook.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Ideal Qualifications<\/h3>\n<p>1.
