The successful incumbent will fulfil the necessary requirements within the Technical Training Department to meet the Company\u2019s objectives by providing technical training support to apprentices and trainees within the company.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Key Job Functions<\/strong><\/p>\n Training apprentices up to and including Trade Test Level, Electrical, Mechanical, <\/p>\n Qualifications and Experience <\/strong><\/p>\n Minimum NTC 5 Technical Qualification.
\nMillwright Trades.
\nTraining\/Refresher Training of qualified Artisans in Mechanical, Electrical & Electromechanical
\nTrades, as per TSAM requirements (cross-skilling).
\nCarry out Mechanical and Electrical assessments for TSAM needs.
\nDevelop training course material as per MERSETA requirement in Electrical and
\nMechanical disciplines in unit standard format.
\nDevelop training course material in Mechanical and Electrical disciplines for plant
\nspecific requirements.
\nAssist in the development\/design of training facilities to National Standards.
\nAppropriate evaluation and feedback.<\/p>\n
\nTrade tested Millwright OR Fitter and 3- 4yrs Post Apprentice experience.
\n2 years Training experience.
\nRecognised Training Facilitator Certificate would be an advantage.
\nAccredited Assessor certificate would be an advantage.
