Duties <\/strong><\/p>\n To render administrative support to the BBBEE Unit. Organise meetings for the B-BBEE Unit. <\/p>\n Requirements <\/strong><\/p>\n Matric with an Diploma in Office Management. <\/p>\n
\nBook venue and parking for the external stakeholders. Distribute meeting agendas, applications, reports and minutes of the meetings timeously. Keep all records (filling) of the minutes and correspondence.
\nProvide information on B-BBEE to clients.
\nDeal with enquiries on B-BBEE and on the work of the unit. Keep all records (filling) of the clients of the unit and correspondences.
\nCollect the progress reports (quarterly and annually) of B-BBEE Sector Codes and submit to the Unit.
\nDraft submissions, memoranda, letters, reports, presentation, etc
\nManage the diary of two Directorate of the B-BBEE Unit.
\nThe incumbent will support two Directors, three Deputy Directors and also assist other team members within the EEIP Secretariat<\/p>\n
\nAn appropriate National Diploma in Office Management or appropriate diploma in Business Administrative will be an added advantage.
\n1 – 2 years\u2019 experience either as a Legal Secretary or Administrative officer
\nProven experience in Office administration \/ typing of legal documents
\nComputer literacy in Microsoft Office,
\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills
\nAbility to work under pressure
