\nOffice Administration\/Secreterial Diploma
\nExperience 2 years proven work experience – as a secretary to management,
\n1-2 years proven office administration experience
\nDuties To provide secretarial and administrative support to General Managers (at least 5 GM’s),
\nTo ensure efficient planning and prioritizin of Managers’ diaries,
\nTo provide a professional office support service,
\nTo manage and coordinate all internal and external communication,
\nTo ensure and maintain the neatness and professional image by liasing with respective or relevant parties that support this function,
\nTo coordinate, procure and control the stationery and consumables within the department thereby ensuring timeous availability of resources and monitoring the use thereof,
\nTo manage and coordinate all travel requests for the General Managers threby ensuring peace of mind and hassle free trips,
\nTo plan and coordinate all functions and events within the GM’s realm of responsibilty.<\/p>\n
