Tracker requires the Services of a MCC Agent: Monitoring Customer Service Agent in the Monitoring Call Centre based at our Head Office in Johannesburg. This position requires a candidate who is committed to delivering extra ordinary customer service as well as conscious about our customers and their vehicle safety. The ideal person should be able to work shifts of 12 hours, be committed and dedicated and work in a disciplined environment.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilites <\/strong><\/p>\n Liaise between strategic parties leading to the recovery of stolen vehicles. <\/p>\n Key Requirements <\/strong><\/p>\n Matric with at least 1 year experience in a service oriented call centre environment
\nAdministration, i.e recording of information of Tracker units including
\ndata capturing.
\nBe responsible for the execution of all duties relating to all signals received on the system
\nEnsure Customer Service Standards are maintained as per the Tracker Customer Centricity requirements
\nResolve customer queries
\nBuild relationships with other departments.
\nProvide service to both existing and prospective clients.
\nProvide service to internal departments\/regions\/staff within Tracker.
\nTake emergency calls Activate Tracker units and ensure the dispatch \/ recovery process flows smoothly.
\nAdministration, i.e recording of information of Tracker units including
\naccurate data capturing.
\nEnsure Customer Service Standards are maintained and problems solved in a professional manner.
\nBuild relationships within the department as well as other departments.
\nProvide service within the region as well as other departments\/regions\/staff
\nwithin Tracker.
\nEnsure all your administrative and shift duties are accurate and complete<\/p>\n
\n1 years experience in the vehicle tracking industry will be an advantage
\nService in vehicle crime investigation will be advantageous
\nProven ability to remain calm under stressful conditions
\nProficiency in MS Office.
\nGrade C PSIRA registration would be an advantage
\nMust be able to work shifts, have a drivers license and own transport
\nUnderstand the importance of teamwork
