The Jenus Health Sales Consultant contributes to the organisational goals by utilising expertise and processes to ensure that source data from marketing is converted to sales that will contribute to growth of the Company and impact the profitability of the business.<\/p>\n

Duties & Responsibilities <\/strong><\/p>\n Accountable for leads that are derived from marketing to ensure effective conversion of leads to sales to contribute to the profitability of the Company Grade 12 (Standard 10) with University Entrance (NQF4) Knowledge of: Skills:
\nAccountable for sales targets to ensure growth to business and profitability to Company
\nEnsure effectiveness sales in line with Company growth strategy
\nEnsure client receives appropriate plan for their needs to ensure acceptance of policy that will contribute to growth of business
\nAccountable for mitigating client and Company risk by capturing accurate information to ensure application is completed in line with the Council for Medical Schemes and Financial Services Board (FSB)
\nResponsible for a achieving quality targets, as set out by Company, by following correct procedures to ensure mitigation of risk for both client and Company
\nResponsible for ensuring customer service cycle is completed by managing administration of all policies sold
\nEnsure that client base data is continually updated to align with regulatory bodies
\nOwnership of reviewing client\u2019s existing plans versus their needs to ensure retention of clients<\/p>\n
\nMinimum Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n
\nRegulatory Exam Level 5
\n60 long term insurance Financial Advisory Intermediary Services (FAIS)
\nEssential:
\nAt least 1 year within a sales environment, preferably with the tenure being served in one Company
\nExperience within the Financial Services Industry<\/p>\n
\nMedical Aid Industry<\/p>\n
\nExcellent customers services skills
\nCompetent in Microsoft Word package
\nInterpersonal skills
\nAbility to build relationships
\nExcellent communcation and written skills
\nAbility to sell convincingly
\nExcellent listening skills
