The Legal Administrator Consultant contributes to the organisational goals by recovering costs incurred by both the Company and customers not legally liable for the incident, in a time effective manner to ensure customer satisfaction<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Ensure accurate interpretation of merits to determine liability
\n\u2022 Ensure capturing of detailed, accurate information
\n\u2022 Ensure regular feedback to customers and other stakeholders, as determined by the company and\/ or customer requirements
\n\u2022 Take accountability for the resolution of customer complaints, with a view to customer retention
\n\u2022 Be innovative and use judgement to solve unique or unusual customer situations outside set parameters, with a view to customer retention
\n\u2022 Adhere to internal procedures (to drive cost management)
\n\u2022 Adhere to external SLA\u2019s (e.g. with tracers, other insurers etc.)
\n\u2022 Remain up to date with changes to relevant legislation (Knock-for-knock agreements, etc)
\n\u2022 Ensure up-to-date knowledge of all Company products, systems and procedures
\n\u2022 Provide appropriate and timeous solutions to problems
\n\u2022 Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal (e.g. claims, legal) and external (e.g. attorney firms, insurance providers, service providers) stakeholders.
\n\u2022 Deliver the Telesure Service Way through personal effort<\/p>\n
\nLevel of Education:
\n\u2022 Essential: Standard 10 \/ Grade 12 \/ University Entrance NQF4
\n\u2022 A legal qualification or similar an advantage
\n\u2022 This position requires FAIS compliance<\/p>\n
